CHANGE ROOMS / WARM - UP.

All teams are strongly advised to be dressed (in aerobics outfit), have make-up done etc. before arrival at the venue.

It is advisable to practice before you arrive as practice space will be limited.

Please note that due to the large number of entries received there is not enough time to allow all teams to practice on stage.   Regrettably no practice on stage can be allowed.

DEDUCTIONS.

Green Deduction forms can be collected from the National Event Manager or the Backstage Manager a few routines after your team has performed.

 DRAFT PROGRAMME.

All schools will receive a draft programme approximately two (2) weeks after closing dates for entries.   Please check:

-               the spelling of your school

-               the team name, and

-                      music selected.

MUSIC  - CD's

ALL music must be supplied on a CD with only the ONE TRACK of your song on the CD.

Due to problems with equipment and stretched tapes, at various venues, we can no longer accept tapes for performance, so please make sure you have a good quality CD and read the Rules regarding CD quality very carefully.

Please ensure you carry a back up CD for practice at the event and emergency.

Fully label your CD with:

-               School/team name

-               Section, and

-               Session & Routine Number

It is also your responsibility to collect your CD after the routine.

OFFICIAL CHECK-IN TIME.

All schools must arrive at least half-an-hour prior to your session.  Hand your CD to the Backstage Manager who will be located at the Registration Desk back stage. - You are now officially checked in.

Teams are required to be back stage four (4) routines prior to their performance.   Schools will not be ‘called’ - it is the Co-ordinators responsibility to ensure that their team is back-stage ready to perform.

You will be advised of your session and performance number approximately one to two weeks prior to the event.

 ORDER OF PERFORMANCE

The Order of Performance is determined by TFT Sports and Event Management.
